Showroom Sales Manager
Reporting to the principal dealer(s), you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, management of the sales and installation team. You will be responsible for the implementation of sales programs and achievements of sales targets; analysis and revisions and recommendations to enhance customer service (installed sales program); participation in recruiting and training of new hires and design and implementation of incentive programs as well as appropriate reporting to comptroller-retail operations.
You bring to this challenge a college/university diploma-degree from a business discipline; minimum 3 years industry specific experience, advanced computer skills as well as a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
This contract position guarantees a minimum 2-year term, renewable thereafter in the associate dealer program. In addition to a comprehensive salary/bonus package we offer profit share participation to the ideal candidate.

The right candidate will be trained to design and sell upscale bathroom and kitchen renovation projects suited to our customers needs and budgets. We provide fully qualified company leads and we pay our new sales force on a salary plus commission schedule. Experienced individuals have the potential to earn in excess of $100K yr.
Position requires evening and weekend hours and involves in-home sales presentations.

Project Management - Assistant
We are looking for a person with great inter-personable skills, ability to work unsupervised, fast learner, innovative.

Duties and tasks:
Product procurement--- ordering products specific to all renovation projects. Product ETA and related development,
Matching of purchase orders to vendor invoices.
Job costing analysis.
Assist with sub trades needs.
Renovation labour grid preparation.
Renovation flow charts and scheduling.
Maintaining e-mail and voicemail accounts.
Work Environment:
Some outside job/site, vendor visits are required
Hours of work:
8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturday
Skills required:
Affluent in English, French a definite asset (Mandarin/Cantonese preferred)
Must have sufficient knowledge with Ms office programs such as Outlook-Email, Excel, Word, MS outlook, ACT db and others.
Able to work with and maintain a database client profile
General understanding of custom products and building products
Required in the renovation industry.
Ability to troubleshoot and take initiative to stream line procedures .
Education:
College Diploma/Certificate or equivalent

Renumeration:
Entry level Position - range $25k- $30k,
